What is the process of Music Therapy sessions?

Referral and Assessment
The client is referred to music therapy by a healthcare provider or self-refers. The music therapist assesses the client's needs, goals, and medical history.

An individualized treatment plan is developed based on the assessment findings.

Therapeutic Interventions and Progress Monitoring
